What You, need in our lives.

 

 I am typing and deleting, I don't know what to write on this first blog. But I have asked for guidance.

There is a song, in our Xhosa song book of Methodist Church of Southern Africa song 116 by Tiyo Soga, titled "Lizalise Idinga lakho" meaning God, do what You, need to do with our lives. I am 29 years old, much troubled life I could say. Please bare, with me this is my first blogging.

But I want to share, how our plans contradict with God's plan. Remember, our plans are for now and His plans are for eternal.

GOD PROVIDE

Our plans are to satisfy, what we need right now and when God provide us that, after few months or days we are no longer interested on that thing. For an example, we will pray for latest smartphone and God will provide us with it, then after few months there will be a new release. We will no longer, be interested with the one we own. 

CAUSES TROUBLES

Listen, our plans guide us into troubles. We end up being on debts, in prison, hospital etc. Because we tend to think that our plans for our lives, is what we need for our lives. But it's best moulded by our social norms, they influence us to live in a particular way or to have certain things which sometimes they are not meant to be for us. Ending up borrowing large amounts of money, ending up being on crimes because we want to fit in this society. 

So, God must do What He, needs to do with our lives. In order to have eternal life.

 Psalms 23:5 "My cup overflows". With our plan, is for flesh satisfying but with His plans for our lives it's for spiritually which last forever. His plans, pours in our cups and overflows it. Through His plans, our cups, it's never empty.

May I let Him, to do what He needs to do with this blogging. May He guide everything, I put into writing. As His word, says in Deuteronomy 29:9 "Carefully follow the terms of this covenant, so that you may prosper in everything you do"
